Survived Christmas

huggeroftreesChristmas is survived. I'm back in my lively quiet house with my stuff and my programmes on the Tivo and generally aggressively pulling the blanket of ROUTINE over my head and nesting inside it for at least 3 days to get my head back on line.
Example:today is Thursday. On Thursdays we run. So I went for a wee jog - not as long as usual, but Thursday is a "change it up" run day anyway, so that's cool. And I met a puppy! Puppies are best. It was proper young and fodolopy.
later is Mary Poppins and then a swim and sit in a steam room for ages, stretching and breathing and stuff. That's usually a Monday thing, but I missed it cos twas Christmas eve. So I'm having it today.
And then much veggie stir-fry, and an early night. Tomorrow is grocery shopping, washing the bike, and maybe a cycle ride. A regular sleep cycle is the goal, and I'm gonna get there!
